For example, if you want fish tacos you must order at least 3 pounds of fish up to any amount you need.

  • South by Southwest - Brisket with sweet onion mayo, lettuce and New Mexican chilies
  • Philly - Skirt steak, jalapeños, onions and mushrooms with white Mexican cheese
  • Sloppy Jose - Spicy sloppy Joe mix with fresh jalapeño, cheddar cheese and Frito's
  • Steak Diablo - Strip of steak with a Chile de Arbol/garlic tomato salsa..."Muy Picoso!!!"
  • Cheeseburger - Ground beef picadillo with cheese, lettuce, tomato and lime jalapeño mayonnaise

Chicken

Fried

  • Taqueria del Sol fried chicken with lime jalapeño mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato
  • Cracker Chicken - cracker fried chicken with Tabasco/honey mayonnaise and Cole slaw
  • Caesar - Fried chicken with Caesar dressing, Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese
  • Tamarind - Fried chicken with tamarind red chili glaze, and a mango salsa
Not fried
  • Chicken Tinga:  Strips of chicken breast are sautéed with chipotle peppers, tomatoes and onions and topped with lettuce and queso fresca
  • Pesto Chicken - Sautéed chicken breast with basil pesto, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and tomato
  • Original Chicken - Breast chunks simmered in a tomatillo/green chili sauce
  • Breast strips - Sautéed with bell pepper, onion and asada salsa topped with shredded lettuce
