All burritos come with chips, salsa and crispy bunuelos (cinnamon and sugar covered crispy flour tortillas) or mixed fruit salad

Chicken breast tenders are crispy fried topped with tomatoes, romaine lettuce
our house made bread and butter pickles and lime jalapeno mayonnaise


Buffalo
Fried chicken breast tenders are and tossed in our home made wing sauce, topped with celery, blue cheese crumbles and roasted poblano ranch dressing

Jerk
Chicken tenders marinated in Jerk spice and Mojo marinade, grilled and topped with roasted pineapple salsa, Jack cheese and habanero mayonnaise

Ranch Style
Herb roasted tenders topped with Southwest ranch dressing, baby spinach, 
bacon and avocado tomato salsa

Beef
Man style
  Marinated flap steak topped with sharp cheddar cheese, sauteed mushrooms,
caramelized onions, roasted jalapenos and horseradish mayonnaise

Crushed red chili and garlic roasted skirt steak with Sol Caterings own chimichurri salsa,

Jerk rubbed roasted pork topped with shredded green cabbage, grilled pineapples,
Jack cheese and habanero mayonnaise

Our house made
beer and orange braised carnitas with
roasted jalapeno mayonnaise, cilantro and caramelize onions

Tex Mex
Shredded roasted pork simmered in green tomatillo salsa with fried potatoes,
poblano chilies and Jack cheese

Blackened salmon
Topped with caramelized onion/Parmesan mayonnaise, spinach and marinated tomatoes
