Portions and Quantities
1 quart of salsa or dip will give you approximately 15 -20 portions
1 pound of taco meat will make 8 to 10 tacos
1 gallon of sides will give you 25 to 30 portions
1 gallon of soup or chili will give you 20 to 22 portions
